Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for cancelling an Order is 30 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 30 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
•    The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days
•    The Goods are in the original packaging

The following Goods cannot be returned:
•    The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
•    The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
•    The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
•    The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
Gifts
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.
If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.

TERMS OF RETURN AND REFUND: 1. As a unique feature, Company has “No Question Asked” 30 days Return and Refund Policy subject to certain quality parameters and guidelines asset forth herein below. The Company accepts return so the Products within 30 days from date of purchase i.e. date of invoice, subject to terms and condition. Page Before accepting product, kindly ensure that the product’s packaging is not damaged or tampered. If the package is damaged or tampered, in such case you must refuse to accept product. We assure exchange or replacement for the products, or refund, as the case may be. Accepting delivery of such damaged or tampered shipments shall be entirely at your risk and Company shall not be responsible for the same.

2. If you are dissatisfied with the Product purchased from the Company or in the event where there are defects and deficiencies in the products, you may initiate a request for product exchange, replacement, or return, as the case may be, on the Platforms. 3. The refund proceeded amount will be repaid by cheque / NEFT as the case may be. The refund amount will be credited to your account within 7 to 10 days after the product is received.

Shipping & Delivery Policy
The terms of Delivery Policy must be understood. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Delivery Policy, you are advised not to accept the Terms of Use and the Delivery Policy. The terms contained in this Delivery Policy shall be accepted without modification and accordingly, to be bound by the terms contained herein.


Team DDIMPL e-marketplace is committed to deliver all orders with good quality packaging within a span of 3 to 7 working days (excluding Sundays & Public holidays) under normal circumstances. DDIMPL makes all commercially reasonable endeavors to ensure that the Product(s) are delivered to end users in a timely fashion. To ensure that the order reaches in a good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed logistics companies.


Delivery Charge
ddimpl.com has a Free shipping rate per order. All online orders carry a free shipping charge. The prices are all inclusive of taxes. ddimpl.com partners with third party logistic service providers separate and distinct from ddimpl e store, to effectuate Product(s) delivery to end users. Details of the Logistic Partner who will be processing the delivery of the order will be provided to the end user through Email & SMS along with the tracking number. The user will also be provided with an approximate date of delivery of the purchased Product(s) on the order confirmation page. The approximate date of delivery is merely an approximation based on the reputation of the third party Logistic Partner. DDIMPL shall not be liable for delay in delivery by third party Logistic Partners. ddimpl may, in its sole discretion, effectuate delivery to customers on their own without engaging logistic partners.
Prior to making payments for the purchase of Product(s), the user will be prompted to provide a shipping address. While entering shipping address details, the user should ensure to provide correct, complete and accurate information along with landmarks if any to aid delivery. DDIMPL shall not, under any circumstance, be liable for any failure in delivery of the purchased Product(s) arising out of the user’s failure to provide correct, complete and/or accurate information.


COD/ Prepaid
While ddimpl aims to provide its services through online orders and ensure the delivery of its Product(s) all across India, currently, ddimpl has a select list of areas where delivery can be undertaken. At the time of placing an order for purchase of Product(s), customers are required to enter their pin-code details to verify if deliveries can be carried out in their area. If the area where the user wishes that the purchased Product(s) be delivered is not within delivery network recognized by the Logistics Partner(s) of ddimpl, ddimpl will not be able to process the order further.
